Our investment properties  comprises properties located in Perak, Kuala Lumpur and Penang. One of the investment properties located in Teluk Intan, Perak is a shopping mall with a floor space of about 127,000 square feet. Currently tenanted by a hypermarket and a drive -in fast food restaurant as anchor tenants occupying about 71,000 square feet. . Another prime investment property is located at Desa Hartamas area consisting of 8 shop lots of 5 storey available for shops and office tenancy.

Our principal investment strategy is to invest in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate with particular focus on retail, office and shops  properties. The primary objectives  are to provide shareholders with stable cash flows with the potential for sustainable growth, principally from the ownership of properties, and to enhance long-term stock value.
